The NIA had registered a suo-moto case against seven identified and other unknown accused people below Sections 120B (Prison conspiracy), 121 & 121A (Waging war against the Authorities of India) of the Indian Penal Code along with varied Sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act pertaining to dismay deeds of Mohammed Ameen from Kerala and his buddies, who like been running varied ISIS propaganda channels on diverse social media platforms including Telegram, Hoop and Instagram for propagating violence and coercing Jihadi ideology of the ISIS. They plan at radicalising and recruiting new people to their ISIS module.

An investigation has revealed that the accused Md.
