On September 3, 2021, he tweeted again that Mr. Parab is engaged in prison actions. After a series of tweets, on September 14, 2021, Mr. Parab issued a correct seek to Mr. Somaiya and asked him to delete the defamatory tweets and tender an apology. Nevertheless, since he did no longer acknowledge to the seek, the swimsuit has been filed.”
