From unusual child care to immunization were lined

The Division of Pediatrics, Govt Kilpauk Medical College (KMC) Sanatorium, performed an awareness program on child health and pediatric emergency on Thursday.

From unusual child care, nutritional desires and physical and psychological health of young other americans to immunization and awareness on child abuse, the program supposed for dad and mother handled many facets pertaining to child care.

R. Shanthimalar, dean of KMC and Director of Medical Education (officer on special responsibility) flagged off an awareness rally essentially based on the newborn health and pediatric emergency day.

A different of issues in conjunction with care of pregnant girls, unusual child to grownup care, weight loss program, Besides physical to psychological health, executive schemes for newborns and children thru anganwadi centers and many others were lined.

Dr. Shanthimalar acknowledged that from January to September, 2,400 young other Americans were handled as in-patients at KMC.

About 900 received intensive care and 85 young other americans were handled for COVID-19.
