Varanasi has been the adjudged the ‘cleanest Ganga town’; Chhattisgarh cleanest Grunt

Indore became adjudged India’s cleanest metropolis for the fifth time in a row within the Central Govt’s annual cleanliness gape, the results of which had been presented on November 21.

The 2nd and third positions within the ‘cleanest metropolis’ class of the ‘Swachh Survekshan Awards, 2021’ had been secured by Surat and Vijayawada, respectively.

Varanasi has been the adjudged the “cleanest Ganga town” within the gape presented by the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry.

Chhattisgarh has been adjudged India’s cleanest Grunt.

President Ram Nath Kovind gave away awards to winners on November 21.
