Nw: IRB Infra shareholders circulation resolution for Rs 5,347 cr capital inflow

Contemporary Delhi: IRB Infrastructure Builders on Saturday acknowledged that its shareholders have handed a resolution that can enable

capital inflow of Rs 5,347 crore into the firm. IRB Infrastructure Builders convened an extra customary total meeting of its shareholders on-line on November 20, 2021, the firm acknowledged in an assertion.

“…This can now enable the firm to discipline shares to the tune of Rs 5,347 crore to the Cintra Worldwide SE (a completely owned subsidiary of Ferrovial SA) and the Bricklayers Investments Pt. Ltd. (an affiliate of GIC, Singapore Sovereign wealth fund),” it acknowledged.

The assertion acknowledged total 95 per cent of the votes were cast in favor of the resolution.

The total grand institutional shareholders of the firm voted in favor of the resolution, it added.
